The Anantapur manufacturing plant is the Kia’s 1st plant in India and 15th in the World
The company marked the start of its trial processes in the presence of Andhra Pradesh (AP) Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Shin Bongkil, Ambassador of Republic of Korea.
However, Naidu doesn’t want to give Modi Any Sort of Credit.
“It is a historic day for Anantapur as we launched the trial production of the Kia Motors Automobile manufacturing plant. This Investment has transformed Anantapur District, which receives extremely low rainfall. Kudos to Kia!”, he wrote.
“Just a few years ago nobody would’ve believed that so many industries would come to Anantapur. Due to State govt’s relentless efforts to ensure water supply in this area, we could attract major investments. Now Rayalaseema has become the industrial hub of AP,” Naidu wrote in another tweet.
#KiaMadeInAP pic.twitter.com/BJrRZFQD38
