The US Trade Representative presented an annual report on China’s acceptance to the World Trade Organisation rules and how China claims to justify its actions of six months Trade War with Beijing.

The US is disappointed with the report analysis as WTO fails to curb China’s non-market economic Policies.

Trump’s administrative office has also acknowledged that negotiating with new rules of WTO to restrain China’s mercantile system is a fruitless practice.

Frustrated with China’s economic policies, some US allies like Canada, the European Union and Japan started a discussion over making changes in initial and WTO rules.

The WTO followed a two-day discussion with China and US officials regarding the increase in tariff Budget wherein the US demanded changes in structural policies. It includes protection over intellectual property, a halt in cyber theft and an end to transfer American technology to Chinese firms.

The USTR said China would not agree to the changes as it will change its trade practices and commercial system. The US also holds China accountable for cohering to WTO rules any distortion would hurt US Farmers, business and workers.
